Well, that’s me — I created and run this site. I’ve written various manuals on weight loss, been featured in multiple magazines, and have created several fitness DVDs.
I’ve got an honours degree in Biokinetics, plus CSCS and CPT qualificiations from the NSCA. (For the curious, those acronyms stand for Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer. The NCSA is the National Strength and Conditioning Association.)
