		<description>i was so disapointed from all the diets i have been throw with no results..but now i know that i will do it until the end cause i really know what is good to eat and thangs God i love those foods (i didnt even know you can it them in a &quot;diet&quot; ).. now i am not just in a diet..i change my hall theory for fats and losing weight..so just thanks...the page is very usefull so keep going!</description>

		<description>i was wondering if u can recommend a good quick warm up routine and cool downs for your workouts? ive tried searching your site and im unable to find any :( i love the workouts you have and im about to start trying several of them over the next few weeks. i would just like some pointers on warming up and cooling down so i can maximize my workouts. also, i can only work out about three times a week right now, do you think i will still see results within a month? im 5&#039;3 and about 125 and i need to lose belly flab and tone up from having my baby a year ago. thank you :)</description>
